Work and organizational psychology concerns human behaviors and dynamics within organizational contexts. Bringing together theory, research, and applied skills, the Master of Work and Organizational Psychology (MWOP) programme at Lingnan University is designed to give students solid theoretical knowledge and real-world experience to be effective organizational experts.

The rich programme curriculum allows students to understand how individual characteristics and social factors that shape employees’ work experience as well as organizational effectiveness.

Our programme is supported by a teaching team with strong research and field experience. The flexible option of 1-year full-time and 2-year part-time learning mode could also cater your need.
