• Students need to submit Reassessment of Grades or Review of Grades form if they would like to apply Review of Grades or Reassessment.
• Absent for exceeding 3 weeks without approval will be regarded as Unofficially Withdrawn
• Students must complete “Online Tutorial on Plagiarism Awareness” before the end of the first term
