In 2014, when I first arrived in Hong Kong, I was unfamiliar with everything. It was the vibrant university life at Lingnan that gradually helped me integrate into the city. I visited various museums with my professors and classmates to learn about Hong Kong's history and culture, and I also participated in a study tour in Taiwan, where I visited elderly people living alone and children from low-income families.
What impressed me most was the support I received from my accounting professors as I approached graduation and searched for a job. They provided invaluable advice, from resume writing to interview techniques, addressing my many worries and questions. Their patience and insights helped me build a solid foundation of knowledge and a clearer career plan.
I am truly grateful to everyone who assisted me during my four years at Lingnan. The knowledge I gained here will benefit me for a lifetime.
