Overview
The BBA (Hons) - Human Resource Management and Analytics programme offered by the Department of Management delivers an innovative curriculum that equips future business leaders with essential competencies for effectively managing people, teams, and organisations in the era of intelligent transformation. We integrate HR management with technology and data science, preparing students to navigate the AI era with a global perspective while promoting whole-person development. Our graduates have secured employment at prestigious organisations, performing in-demand professional roles, such as specialists in HR, advisory, and consulting, as well as strategic roles in general business management. Students are entitled to membership in leading HR and management professional associations in Hong Kong.
