Life Stories of Older People

‘Life Stories of Older People’ is a one-year project funded by The Board of Management of The Chinese Permanent Cemeteries (BMCPC). It aims to help young people strengthen their resilience and build an optimistic outlook in life through learning the life experience of the elderly. By reviewing and narrating life events, the elderly will learn to accept their past and enhance their sense of self-identity. Young participants will create life education booklets to pass on the positive messages from the older generation to the younger generation, as well as to encourage other elderly to live a happy life.
