The new concentration in Human Resource Analytics and Digital Transformation is designed to prepare students for a rapidly changing business landscape, where data-driven decision-making and technological expertise are critical. This concentration ensures that graduates possess a strong understanding of HR theories and practices in both local and global contexts, enabling them to leverage advanced analytics and AI to improve organisational effectiveness.

On completing the Programme with new HRADT concentration, students will be able to:

  • Explain the evolving role of digital transformation in HR management and its implications for HR policies, planning, and practices, including the integration of AI-driven innovations and data analytics.

  • Apply data-driven decision-making skills and digital tools to manage and develop people effectively in dynamic environments, enhancing organisational performance through strategic HR practices.
