Mainstream Programme Overview

HROM Programme Structure
 

This is a full-time, credit-based postgraduate programme. All courses in the Programme carry 3 credits. Students must obtain a minimum of 30 credits, which consist of 5 required courses (15 credits), 4 elective courses (12 credits) and the year course of Action Learning Projects (3 credits) in order to graduate.


The normal duration for the Programme is one year full-time and the maximum period of study is three years. Teaching normally begins in late August and ends in May. Classes will normally be held on Lingnan's Campus.

  1. MGT501 Management of Organisations and People (3 credits)
  2. MGT502 Managing Ethically (3 credits)
  3. MGT504 Contemporary Human Resource Management (3 credits)
  4. MGT505 Performance Management (3 credits)
  5. MGT506 Action Learning Projects (Year-course) (3 credits) 
  6. MGT507 Employee Learning and Career Development (3 credits)
