Congratulations to PhD students XU Qianqian and DENG Jiayin for their Outstanding Doctoral Proposal Awards at the 2025 SIOP Frontier Research Forum

We are proud to announce that our PhD students, Ms. XU Qianqian (Year 2) and Ms. DENG Jiayin (Year 1), have been honored with the Outstanding Doctoral Proposal Awards at the 2025 Industrial and Organizational Psychology Frontier Research Forum. The theme of this year's forum, “OBHRM Research in the Era of Generative AI: New Paradigms and New Methods,” aims to explore the evolving landscapes of organizational behavior and human resource management through the lens of AI technologies. The event, held from July 5th to 6th, 2025, in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, was hosted by the Hubei Human Resource Management Association, co-organized by the School of Business Administration at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, and supported by the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) Great China Region Project. SIOP is the premier professional association dedicated to the science and practice of industrial and organizational psychology. It represents Division 14 of the American Psychological Association and is an affiliate of the Association for Psychological Science.

Reflecting on this achievement, Xu Qianqian shared:
"This achievement reflects the exceptional research environment fostered by the Department of Management. I am profoundly grateful to the faculty and staff for their support and encouragement, with special thanks to my supervisors for their invaluable guidance and mentorship. This recognition motivates me to enhance my expertise, take on new research challenges, and continue striving for excellence in my doctoral studies."

Similarly, Deng Jiayin expressed her gratitude:
