Duration	29 June – 31 July 2026
Location	Fukuoka, Japan
Job Nature	Unpaid Full-time Internship
Programme Fee	HKD 27,500 (inclusive of pre-internship training, internship arrangement, cultural activities, accommodation-single room, airport pickup, meals-breakfast & dinner) Airfare, daily expenses and visa application fee (if any) are to be paid by students
Financial Support	Overseas Internship Subsidy by OSA HKD19,900 First Generation University Education Fund up to HKD10,000 for full-time students who are the first generation in their families receiving university education with financial need Application Method 1) The approved internship partners will provide OSA with a complete list of students applying for the subsidy. 2) OSA will approach the students about applying for the subsidy in March 2026
Remarks	Knowledge of Japanese will be an advantage but not necessary (However, please be aware that students must undertake self-study of basic Japanese prior to the internship)

Full-time undergraduate students in all disciplines (non-final year students are preferable) with satisfactory CGPA results.
Remarks: Students who are suspended, on disciplinary hearing, or academic probation, will not be eligible to apply for the subsidy.

Subsidy will be provided to students AFTER the completion of the internship, along with the required post-internship tasks. Further details regarding the subsidy will be provided to participants who successfully join the programme.
OSA has sole discretion in determining your subsidy application result.

Hong Kong passport holders are exempt from a visa for short-term stays in Japan.
Students with other nationalities (e.g., Mainland China) must apply for a Short-Term Business Affairs Visa at the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong by themselves.
Visa applications and processing are the responsibility of the student.

Each intern is obligated to complete the internship with satisfactory performance.
Please be aware that programme fee must be paid within one week after receiving an offer (participation confirmed upon payment)
No refunds will be made after payment, except in cases of emergency
