Taking the Cultural Studies programme as a PhD student has given me insights on how to weave together with creative practice, scholarship, and pedagogy in my own experience as a scholar and teacher. As a liberal arts university, Lingnan fosters an intellectual and collaborative climate of learning through seminars, workshops, and instructions, which has equipped me with tools to be hopeful and critical towards transforming the lives for the better, as I engage with my community through academic practice.
