Scholarship and Award

The Entrance Scholarship is designed to recognise and support exceptional incoming students. This scholarship rewards academic excellence and facilitates the transition of DSE, Associate Degree, and Higher Diploma graduates to degree-level study.

The scholarships will be awarded exclusively to incoming students majoring in Sociology, Health and Social Services Management, and Social and Public Policy Studies.

The scholarships are financially supported by the Department of Sociology and Social Policy.

The Sociology and Social Policy Student Award recognises students who have outstanding academic performance and have achieved excellent grades in at least one research methods course. The award aims to encourage them to actively participate in academic research training related to sociology and social policy.
