New Student Onboarding Portal

ITSC has developed a new system to automate the process of student reporting for new admittees. This system allows new admittees to

  • Report online
  • Upload photo for Student ID Card
  • Sign-off Undertaking/Declaration and Personal Information Collection Statement
  • Download computer account slip for activation of the computer/email account
  • Provide bank account information
  • Select hostel preference
  • Update emergency contacts

Furthermore, different administrative offices can also make use of the system to disseminate information to new students, such as informing students of their academic advisors, the use of Degree Works, and arrangement of student activities from SSC, Student Union, etc.
