COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Record System for Student Residents

Since COVID-19 pandemic remains a public health emergency, universal vaccination is one of the key strategies to help us fight against the virus and resume a normal life. To protect the campus, the University has launched several measures. COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Record System is designed to collect health records of student residents in hostels.

Student residents are required to upload their vaccination records to the system before checking in the hostel, and the Warden Office of each hostel will then review the records to grant residence approval to the students. Viral test reports are to be provided every 14 days for those who have not been vaccinated. The system will also send reminders on the 11th day and will prohibit them from entering the hostels automatically if no reports are submitted within the required period.
