COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Record System for Student Residents

Since COVID-19 pandemic remains a public health emergency, universal vaccination is one of the key strategies to help us fight against the virus and resume a normal life. To protect the campus, the University has launched several measures. COVID-19 Vaccination & Testing Record System is designed to collect health records of student residents.

Student residents need to upload vaccination record to the system before checking in the hostel, and the warden office of each hostel will then review the records to grant residence approval to the students. Test reports needed to be provided every 14 days for those who have not vaccinated. The system will also send reminder on the 11th day and will prohibit them from entering the hostels automatically if no reports are provided during the time limit.
