Introducing the New eFees Note System: A Streamlined Payment Experience for TPg Students and Programme Administrators

ITSC is proud to highlight the successful launch of the eFees Note System for Taught Postgraduate (TPg) students in November 2025. Designed as a unified, end-to-end platform, the eFees Note System modernizes how our institution manages tuition fee administration enhancing operational accuracy, flexibility, and convenience for both administrators and students.

Key highlights and core functionalities of the new system include:

• Flexible Fee Management for Program Administrators

  Programme teams now enjoy full autonomy to create, customize, and manage tuition fee line items aligned with their specific department or program needs. Administrators can easily publish debit notes directly to students, track outstanding balances, and apply additional charges or credit items when necessary.

• Empowered Student Payment Options

  Students can log in to check their debit notes, view real-time payment status, and make secure online transactions. To support diverse payment preferences and financial circumstances, the platform supports multiple payment gateways including VISA, Mastercard, Flywire, and FPS and allows students to make split payments when needed.

• Automated End-to-End Financial Reconciliation

  The system fully automates the submission of payment records and seamlessly generates accounts receivable (AR) entries. By connecting student payments directly to back-office financial systems, eFees significantly reduces manual processing work, minimizes administrative errors, and accelerates accounting workflows.
