Event Management System

To automate the management of various free and paid events and conferences of the University, ITSC developed the Event Management System (EMS) as a centralized platform that streamlines the entire event management lifecycle—from event creation and promotion to registration, enrolment and payment management, thereby reducing administrative workload, enhancing user experience, and supporting more effective delivery of University events. Events created through EMS are automatically published to the University Event Portal, increasing visibility and engagement across the University community.

Key features include:

• Centralized Event Administration
  Create and manage events through a user-friendly interface, including event details, schedules, venues, and participant capacity. The system supports both free and paid events.

• Integrated Payment and Discount Management
  Configure payment settings for paid events, apply discount rules where applicable, and streamline the workflow for Finance Office account code setup.

• Event Promotion and Online Registration
  Generate dedicated event websites and online registration forms, enabling departments to promote events effectively while simplifying participant registration.

• Comprehensive Enrolment Management
  Monitor registrations, payment status, and participant information through centralized dashboards, with support for registration updates and cancellations.

The system was launched in June 2026 and provides the University with a modern, integrated platform for event administration and engagement.
