Campus Entry Permit System

ITSC has developed a system allowing staff/students and other users to provide valid proof of COVID‐19 full vaccination or a negative viral test result for entry into the University campus. Students and staff entering the University are required to present the electronic permit before granting access to the University. This system was launched on 30 December 2021.


  • Upload of Vaccination record
  • Upload Regular Test record
  • Email reminder for the non-submitted person and for regular tests every 7 day
  • A web interface for approval by Head of Department / Programme Offices
