The Department of Management is pleased to introduce you to our Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour (HRMOB) Programme.

As the Greek philosopher Heraclitus once said, 'The only constant in life is change.' Nowhere is this more evident than in the field of human resource management, where the rapid pace of technological advancement, shifting workplace demographics, and evolving employee expectations necessitate a dynamic and adaptable approach to managing personnel. Our HRMOB programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to navigate this ever-changing landscape and to thrive in a leadership role within any organization.

Our program offers a unique, intensive curriculum at the master's degree level, spanning two semesters, with a global outlook on human resource management. The program is based in Hong Kong, a cosmopolitan city located in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). We take a unique approach to the development of students by focusing on their whole-person growth, encompassing the building of essential soft skills and attributes that serve as crucial building blocks for their career advancement.
