Nowhere is this more evident than in the field of human resource management, where the rapid pace of technological advancement, shifting workplace demographics, and evolving employee expectations necessitate a dynamic and adaptable approach to managing personnel. Our HRMOB programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to navigate this ever-changing landscape and to thrive in a leadership role within any organization.
Our program offers a unique, intensive curriculum at the master's degree level, spanning two semesters, with a global outlook on human resource management. The program is based in Hong Kong, a cosmopolitan city located in the Greater Bay Area (GBA). We take a unique approach to the development of students by focusing on their whole-person growth, encompassing the building of essential soft skills and attributes that serve as crucial building blocks for their career advancement.
The department is dedicated to delivering high-quality management education related to human resource management. Our team consists of experienced academic scholars and professionals with rich backgrounds in teaching, research, and industry.
