Introduction:

Kelly Xing Chen obtained her PhD in Management from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She joined Northeastern University in U.S. as a visiting scholar upon graduation. She later served as an Assistant Professor at Bocconi University in Italy and as an Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Her research interests lie in business sustainability and global stakeholder management, social sentiments and collective emotions, and strategy in digital economy. Her research has appeared in journals of Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Management and Organization Review, and Journal of Family Business Strategy.
