Prof. LEE obtained his Ph.D. in Management from the National University of Singapore. His research interests are in customer service, creativity, emotions, and well-being. His works have been published in many high-impact journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Personnel Psychology.
