Introduction:
Prof. ZHANG received her Ph.D. in Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include newcomer socialization, power and status, motivation and emotions, and proactivity. Her work has appeared in Journal of Applied Psychology and won the Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance.
