Academic Excellence Award for Psychology Students

The Academic Excellence Award for Psychology Students (HKD 10,000 for each awardee) aims at recognizing psychology students with excellent academic performance in their studies at Lingnan University.  

 

Eligibility

To be considered for the Academic Excellence Award, students must meet the following criteria: 

  • Be in their Year 3 of study or beyond
  • Be enrolled in a UGC-funded programme/major with the Department of Psychology (including students from senior-year intake)
  • Have a cumulative GPA (cGPA) of 3.5 or above

 

Note
  • Up to 3 awardees per academic year will be selected based on their academic performance and other achievements related to their studies.
  • If there are more students than the intended number of awardees achieving the same overall cumulative GPA, these students will share the scholarship amount equally.

In the event of any disputes, the Department retains the right to make the final interpretation concerning the terms and distribution of the scholarship.
