The annual premier AI application expo in Hong Kong - AI+ Power 2025, will take place on 5-6 June 2025 at the Hall 5FG, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre! At the exhibition, Prof. LI Nan from the Division of Industrial Data Science of the School of Data Science will be showcasing the PoliSage, an intelligent policy question-answering system. Unlike traditional AI tools that may generate inaccurate or unverifiable information, PoliSage guarantees that every response is based on authoritative policy documents retrieved in real time. Additionally, it provides precise source citations for each answer. With support for both English and Chinese input, PoliSage is highly adaptable across various domains, including academic regulations, administrative procedures, and housing policies.

PoliSage is an intelligent policy question-answering system developed by Professor LI Nan, an assistant professor of teaching in the School of Data Science at Lingnan University. It is built upon large language models and the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) framework to deliver precise, transparent, and trustworthy answers to policy-related questions.
Unlike traditional AI tools that may produce inaccurate or unverifiable information, PoliSage ensures that every response is grounded in authoritative policy documents retrieved in real time. It also provides precise source citations for every answer. Supporting both English and Chinese input, PoliSage is highly adaptable to various domains, including academic regulations, administrative procedures, and housing policies.
