Admission Requirements (DOUBLE MASTER PROGRAMME WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ESSEX)

If you are interested in either of the double degree programmes with Essex Business School and Essex School of Law, please notify us of your interest by emailing us at [email protected] by May 5. We will then notify Essex about your intention to apply.

• Necessary Documents

Please prepare the following in advance.

Ø   Personal statement (no longer than 500 words)
Ø   Official transcript in English
Ø   CV (only for students applying to Essex School of Law)
Ø   Proof of English language ability*
*There is no need to provide English language ability test scores (i.e. IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) Successful performance in the first year at LU will provide sufficient evidence for English language ability for entry to Essex.

• Application Deadline

Applications at Essex are processed on a rolling basis. Please note that the application deadline and start date for all courses at Essex except the following are 1 August 2024 and October 2024, respectively. However, we highly recommend that you notify us of your intent to apply as soon as possible to ensure that your application is processed efficiently.

        The application deadline and start date for the two courses are TBA and January 2025, respectively.
