课程安排

学生需于 1 年内完成10门课程，每门课程为 3 学分。

 

学生如选择不专修，必须按课程要求修毕以下科目：

 

必修课程（6 门课程）：

  1. MGT501 Management of Organisations and People

  2. MGT502 Managing Ethically

  3. MGT504 Contemporary Human Resource Management

  4. MGT505 Performance Management

  5. MGT506 Action Learning Projects (Year-course)

  6. MGT507 Employee Learning and Career Development

选修课程*（任选 4 门课程）：

  1. MGT601 Managing Conflict in Organisations

  2. MGT602 Leadership in Organisations
  3. MGT604 Strategic Management
  4. MGT605 Managing Quality and Occupational Safety and Health (Subject to the University's approval)
  5. MGT606 Organisational Analysis and Change
  6. MGT607 Building Employee Engagement and Experience through Impactful Internal Communication (Subject to the University's approval)
  7. ORM515 Business Decision Making with Software
  8. ORM545 Cloud-based Solutions for Digital Business Transformation
  9. HRM542 Human Resource Information System
  10. HRM543 New Compliance of HR Policy
  11. ACT 615 Introduction to Python Programming

学生如选择专修「人力资源分析与数字化转型」（待大学最终批准），必须按课程要求修毕以下科目：
