Students are encouraged to actively participate in Internship Programmes from which they can gain practical work experience related to human resource management. Besides the Summer Internship Programmes provided by the University and the Business Programmes Office, our department also partners with institutions, such as Yan Oi Tong, to offer internship to our students on a part-time basis during the term. The organizations that our students have served include NWS Transport Limited, Hong Kong Airport Services Limited, Sing Tao News Corporation Limited, and Hong Kong Wing On Travel Service Ltd.

Graduate Placements

Our graduates in recent years secured employment at prestigious organizations including Deloitte, Hang Seng Bank, and PagePersonnel, performing in-demand roles like management trainees and HR specialists. All students found employment within four months, with over half working in HR-related jobs and others pursuing broader management careers. Our graduates are eligible for associate membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM).
