I am extremely happy studying at Lingnan. As a research PhD student, I was given the liberty to pursue my research as I saw fit and I received extensive financial support. Not only do I receive a generous Postgraduate Studentship, I also receive the Belt & Road Scholarship which waives the tuition for my entire study period. The Research Postgraduate Scholarships supported me to conduct a short-term research visit at University of Oxford. This gives me the freedom to do my research without worrying about financial matters, which is a luxury that -- I am told -- PhD students often don't have.
