BBA (Hons) programme*

The BBA (Hons) programmes at Lingnan are: Accounting and Corporate Governance, Business Analytics and Innovation (Formerly name as Digital Business), Finance, Human Resource Management Analytics and, Marketing and Social Media.

*From AY2025-26 intake and onwards, the admissions model of BBA (Hons) will be changed from broad-based to programme-based.

BBA (Hons) programme

Supported by five Departments: Accountancy, Finance, Management, Marketing and International Business, Operations and Risk Management; we provide students with opportunities for internships, community service and overseas exchange via our network of academe and business partners.

Our BBA (Hons) Programmes are well recognised by professional associations. We received accreditation from the Association to Advanced Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and have set up the Lingnan University Chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) to recognise students with outstanding academic achievement. Our graduates are exempted from certain professional examination papers or granted memberships of some professional associations.

BBA (Hons) in Risk and Insurance Management

The BBA (Hons) in Risk and Insurance Management (RIM) programme is supported by Department of Operations and Risk Management (ORM). The programme equips students with fundamental knowledge of insurance and risk management that meets the needs of the banking and insurance industry and the challenges of the changing business environment.

BBA (Hons) in Risk and Insurance Management

The AR Charitable Foundation Scholarship Scheme is made available to BBA (Hons) in RIM students who excel academically. The scholarship provides partial or full coverage in tuition and hostel fees on an annual basis for undergraduate RIM students, and RIM graduates who are offered a place to study the MSc in Insurance and Risk Management at the Bayes Business School, City University London .

BBA (Hons) in Risk and Insurance Management

Graduates of BBA (Hons) in RIM programme are granted exemption from some examinations of well-known professional bodies such as:
- Institution of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK)
- Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF)
- The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
- Insurance Institute of Hong Kong (IIHK)
