Student Advising Arrangement
(for all new BBA and BBA in RIM students)
All new BBA and BBA in RIM students are required to consult your Study Plan Advisor/ Academic Advisor via email and complete online student advising on or before 17 August 2026 (Monday). If you fail to work out your study plan and/or the plan has not been approved by your Advisor*, you will not be allowed to enroll any courses at the Registration.
* You may check your advisor’s name in the DegreeWorks system or consult your major department for details if needed.

12 August 2026 (Wednesday) | Study Plan Submission deadline for BBA & BBA in RIM new students |
12-17 August 2026 (Wednesday-Monday) | BBA & BBA in RIM Students Advising Period |
17 August 2026 (Monday) | Deadline for Student Advising (i.e. Study plans are locked by advisors in Degree Works) |
18 August 2026 (Tuesday) | Course Registration for new Year 2 and Year 3 students |
19 August 2026 (Wednesday) | Course Registration for new Year 1 students |
26 August 2026 (Wednesday) | New BBA Student Orientation (Compulsory Attendance!) |
1 September 2026 (Tuesday) | Commencement of Term 1, 2026-27 |
