Venue Booking

At Lingnan we have a range of venues, facilities and equipment available for booking by staff, students and the wider community.

OCDM manages the bookings of the facilities listed below. Please visit the following webpages for details:

Full-time LU staff and students can make bookings for designated venues via the Room Booking System, which can be accessed by the button below:

Venue/Facilities booking for tertiary educational purpose is available when such use complies with the Terms and Conditions of Venue Reservation and does not interfere the operation of the University.
