Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall

The new exhibition and education venue - Chamber of Young Snow Art Exhibition Hall (CYS Hall), presents its first exhibition - Sensing Things, from 31 Oct 2023 to 29 Nov 2024.

With a series of private collections on loan from the Chamber of Young Snow, ranging from Song Dynasty ceramics to paintings of the 20th Century, the exhibition is divided into two parts: "The Joy of Landscape" and "The Way of Playing with Objects". In "The Joy of Landscape", visitors can observe the elements of flowers and birds, landscapes, gardens and figures, to explore how the artists connected with nature and the things they lived; in "The Way of Playing with Objects",visitors are invited to peek at the unique aesthetics from ceramics and expand the aesthetic imagination of objects from their sensual characteristics.

The two themes will guide visitors to figure out artists' emotional connection with their surroundings, as well as various perspectives of playing with objects in the past. We can reconnect with the artists' way of expression and appreciate the traditional art forms they rendered.

All members of the public are welcome to visit upon reservation. Free admission.
