We are limiting the number of visitors in CYS Hall to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Please book your visit at least three working days in advance.
A booking confirmation email will be sent two days before your visit to acknowledge your successful reservation. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
Visitor Guidelines
Crowd control will be in place. CYS Hall reserves the right to limit the number of visitors.
Please refrain from touching, moving, or leaning against the exhibits. CYS Hall reserves the right to pursue responsibility if any damage occurs.
Running and playing are not permitted inside the Hall to prevent any accidents or damage to the exhibits.
Please store umbrellas in the carrying cases or the umbrella stand provided at the entrance on rainy days to prevent any wet floors and ensure a safe environment for all.
CYS Hall reserves the right to refuse entry to and/or remove any visitors exhibiting inappropriate behavior from the premises.
Photography for personal use is allowed in the exhibition area. Please turn off the flashlight when taking photos. Tripods or other professional equipment are not permitted without prior approval. No activities, photography, video or other recording related to or for media or commercial purposes is permitted in the exhibition venue without written approval from CYS Hall.
No eating or drinking is allowed inside the venue to ensure collection safety.
Personal information may need to be provided or a confirmation email presented for identity verification during online registration or visit.
The exhibition will limit visitor numbers.
CYS Hall reserves the right to amend terms and conditions or any other regulations or policies at any time without notice or announcement.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings and properties. CYS Hall accepts no liability for any losses within the exhibition venue.
- Staff reserves the right to remove and/or dispose of any unattended items. No liability will be accepted as a result.

We will use the contact methods you provide (such as email and telephone number) to communicate with you and handle visit-related matters.
To maintain administrative and communication affairs, the personal information collected may need to be transferred to Lingnan University. All provided information will be destroyed within six months after the visit date.
Without your explicit consent, the personal information collected will not be disclosed to any third party other than those mentioned in the second item.
All personal information required by this registration form is necessary to arrange this event. If the information is incomplete or inaccurate, your registration may be voided or delayed.
Lingnan University will not use the personal information you provide for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
