What an inspiring seminar at Lingnan University! On August 27, 2024, we were privileged to welcome Prof. Tae-Yeol Kim from the China Europe International Business School. With a wealth of experience in management research, Prof. Kim delved into the intriguing topic of self-presentation in the workplace.

His presentation explored key questions: Should we present our authentic selves to coworkers, or is it more beneficial to highlight and embellish our strengths? This discussion not only resonated with scholars but also sparked curiosity among practitioners.
