Introduction:

Prof. Li received her Ph.D. in Management from CUHK. Her research focuses on technology-driven behaviors, unethical work behaviors, exercise, and leadership at employee, team, and cross levels. Her work has been published in notable journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Her research has also attracted attention from practitioners and media outlets, being included in the Harvard Business Review and a book titled Boundaries, Priorities, and Finding Work-Life Balance (HBR Work Smart Series) published by Harvard Business Review Press, as well as local media like South China Morning Post, Sin Tao Daily, and so on.

Research interests: 

Technology-driven behaviors, unethical work behaviors, exercise, and leadership.
