Career Support Scheme for Postgraduate Students

Background

The Career Support Scheme for Postgraduate Students (“The Scheme”) was jointly established by the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) and the School of Graduate Studies (SGS) in 2022-23.  The Scheme is a tailor-made career preparation programme that aims at assisting LU postgraduate students in better preparing for their future careers.

Objectives

  • Guide postgraduate students in developing comprehensive career plans.
  • Equip postgraduate students with the necessary skills, knowledge, resources, and professional networks to support their successful job search.
  • Provide industry exposure opportunities as practical support for postgraduate students’ career development.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition for postgraduate students into the professional world.
