Digital Certification System

The Digital Certification System (DCS) was successfully launched on 10 June 2026, marking a significant milestone in the University's digital transformation journey for academic credential management. 

Serving as a centralized platform for the Registry and Postgraduate Programme Administrators, DCS streamlines the end-to-end management of graduation certificates and transcripts. The system enables users to review graduate records, regenerate credentials, print documents, perform bulk downloads, manage status updates, and handle document-withheld cases through blacklist controls. It also supports efficient import of graduate records and seamless integration with Joint Universities Computer Centre's (JUCC) Academic Certificate Verification Platform (ACVP).

Through this integration, finalized graduation certificates and transcripts can be published to ACVP after each conferment date, subject to student consent and the absence of document-withholding restrictions. Powered by blockchain technology, ACVP provides secure, tamper-resistant storage and verification of digital credentials, enabling graduates to conveniently share trusted academic records with employers and other stakeholders.

The implementation of DCS has enhanced operational efficiency, improved data accuracy, strengthened governance controls, and reinforced the University's commitment to digital innovation and service excellence.
