Enhancements to the Online Admission System have been rolled out to support the 2026 admissions cycle. These updates introduce AI-assisted tagging for TPg applications to determine applicant eligibility against admission requirements automatically, and a fully digitalised referee workflow for both TPg and RPg applications to enhance the efficiency of reference submissions.
AI-Assisted Tagging
AI-assisted auto-tagging has been implemented to manage the growing complexity and dynamic nature of programme requirements. The system automatically checks each applicant against the required academic qualification and English language proficiency standards. By leveraging AI for rule-based eligibility assessments, the system reduces manual effort, enhances accuracy, and accelerates processing.
Online References
The reference submission workflow has been fully digitalised, replacing the previous manual process. The enhanced system incorporates automated referee invitations and reminders, a secure online portal for report submission, and a centralised dashboard for administrators to manage, track, and verify submitted reports. This streamlines the reference collection process and reduces administrative burden on programme offices.
