Temporary Closure of the Driveway, Pavement and Covered Carpark of Lau Chung Him Building

To facilitate the delivery of heavy construction materials through hoisting to the roof top of Lau Lee Yuen Haan Building, the driveway, pavement and covered carpark of Lau Chung Him Building will be closed as follows:

  1. Driveway, pavement between Lau Lee Yuen Haan Amenities Building and Lau Chung Him Building
  2. Opened carpark outside Lau Chung Him Building
  3. Covered carpark of the Lau Chung Him Building
Re-routing will be arranged on site

 

During the road closure period, the driveway between Lau Lee Yuen Haan Amenities Building and Jockey Club Student Village will implement one-lane-two-way traffic.

You are reminded to pay special attention to the temporary signage and instructions posted in the affected area. To ensure the safety of pedestrians, the contractor will cordon off the nearby area during the hoisting works.
