The purpose(s) of collecting personal data, including pictures videos, texts and emails (for example blog posts, social media stories or reels):

• a) Marketing and Promotion: To use the provided pictures and texts for marketing and promotional purposes related to Lingnan University, including but not limited to university websites, social media platforms, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• (b) Communications: To facilitate communication regarding marketing activities and other relevant purposes. In order to serve the specified purpose(s), the personal data collected may be transferred to third-party service providers who assist with marketing and promotional activities.

All information provided will be retained for a period of 5 years from the date of collection.

The personal data collected will not be disclosed to third parties other than those specified without your expressed approval, or unless required by law.

The personal data collected will be processed when this data is submitted to Lingnan University.

The personal data provided, including pictures and texts, will be used for direct marketing activities organized or facilitated by Lingnan University.

Unless indicated otherwise, all personal data requested is required for its purpose(s). If such data is incomplete or inaccurate, the consent will not be considered valid.

By submitting your data, you consent to the use of your submitted to us pictures, videos, texts and email addresses for the marketing and promotional purposes stated above.
