Admission Requirements (MScESGM)

General Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor's degree awarded by a recognised tertiary institution or have equivalent qualifications, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Language Requirements

  v    a minimum score of 79 in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-Based Test, or

   

  v    a band score of 6.0 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

   

  v    minimum score of 450 or above in the College English Test Band 6 (CET-6), with proof of competency in spoken English

   

  v    Applicants who do not fulfil the above language requirements but have an equivalent score in a recognized test, or an equivalent qualification assessment to prove their language proficiency may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Notes:

Applicants to the MScESGM Programme or the Sustainable Technology Concentration: Applicants with no or limited business background in their undergraduate studies will be required to pass a 30-hour pre-entry course, Introduction to Business, prior to the commencement of the Programme. The specific requirement will be determined based on an assessment of the courses listed in the applicant’s undergraduate transcript.
