Application Procedure

Application for AY2027/28 Cohort

We accept online applications. To apply, please follow the steps below:

1. Create an application account in the Online Application System.

2. Complete the online application form.

3. Upload scanned copies of the following documents to the System:

• Identity card, passport, or travel document

• Transcripts

• Proof of English language proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL or CET-6)

• Graduation certificates/Bachelor's degree certificate

• Consent form for verifying academic awards (Download Here)

• China Qualification Verification (CQV) report

(Applicable if you graduated with a degree awarded by a university in Chinese Mainland.)

• Other relevant materials

4. Settle the application fee (for AY2027/28, HK$400 for Master's programmes and HK$600 for the DBS programme) with a credit card. The application fee, once paid, is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.  Automated Referee Invitation - two referees to complete the confidential recommendations forms through online within 14 days.

• Upon successful submission of an admission application, the system will automatically send an invitation email to nominated referees using the contact details provided by the applicant.

Under no circumstances should you open the sealed recommendation forms or upload them to the Online Application System.

Notes:

• An application is completed when ALL sections in the online application form are duly completed and the application fee is settled.

• An acknowledgement with an application number assigned will be sent to the applicant by email upon each successful application. An applicant should contact the Programme Team if no acknowledgement is received within 7 working days after the online application is submitted.

• Each application with an application fee of HK$400 or HK$600 is for one programme only.

• If applicants want to apply for multiple Programmes, additional online applications with additional application fees are required.
