About the exhibition
The works featured in the exhibition were created over the course of a semester during which students explored the aesthetics and techniques of digital art from contemporary studio perspectives. They experimented with various technological tools, both hardware and software, in order to develop innovative and alternative forms of visual expression, as well as to create narratives using immersive and mixed reality experiences.
Through practical exercises and workshops, the students created and arranged time-based media works spatially. The projections, video objects, site-specific installations, and augmented reality works on display are the results of the students' learnings about key digital art concepts such as interactivity, structures, processes, and systems. This diverse and engaging showcase also demonstrated the students’ effort, devotion and creativity in digital arts.
