Data Repository System for UG Programmes

In response to the University’s commitment to using data for informed decision-making, ITSC has been working on developing a Data Repository System for different levels of academic programmes. Following the launch of the Data Repository System - Phase 1 for TPg programmes in September 2021, the “Data Repository System” – Phase 2 for UG Programmes has also been launched on 27 April 2022.

This UG Data Repository System carries all the functionalities of the TPg Data Repository system but is based on the specific requirements of the Registry and the three Faculities to enable them to manage UG programmes and their different routes of admission more efficiently. The system is now available at myLingnan Portal-> Employee > Employee Services -> Data Repository System for staff with access rights granted.
