Vaccination Record Uploading System

In view of the surge of COVID-19 cases in the community, the University has announced implementing the Vaccine Pass on 24 February 2022. With the use of the LeaveHomeSafe app for entering the campus, the University is encouraging staff/students to indicate their vaccination records and no. of doses they have taken. A new system named "Vaccination Record Uploading System" is developed to serve the purpose.
