Cyberport University Partnership Programme (CUPP)

Organised by Cyberport since 2015, this entrepreneurship programme aims at nurturing and supporting young talents by providing training, mentoring, and seed funding. The theme is: AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity and Data Science (A, B, C, and D); and focused industries include: Smart City & Government, Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Education & Training, Green Environment, Digital Entertainment, Culture & Tourism, Property Management, Construction, as well as Transportation & Logistics.

Interested students must submit their applications to LEI by 13 Feb 2026 through the link here, and include an entrepreneurial project proposal focusing on the application of the theme (A, B, C, or D) in the solutions.

Training workshops in Hong Kong (Jun - Jul 2026)
Overseas entrepreneurship boot camp (Aug 2026)
Demo and pitching competition
Chance to win HKD100,000 seed funding

Eligibility
Each team may be made up of up to five members, wherein:

Between 18 and 30 years old (inclusive, on 9 Mar 2026);
Current full-time student (undergraduate or postgraduate), or a graduate from co-organising universities; and
The team may be made up of students from different universities in Hong Kong, but for teams seeking nomination by Lingnan University, the team must be made up of more than 50% of Lingnan current students or graduates.

Overseas Entrepreneurship Boot Camp

9-day programme, with this year's host being London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE), UK.
Workshops and visits for exposure and insights.
Maximum 3 members per team, with priority given to core members with technical/UI-UX/fintech background.

Fees and Deposit

Individuals are required to pay a non-refundable admission fee of HKD3,000.
The following refundable deposit will also be collected, and returned to participants upon full attendance and performance in the programme:
- HKD6,000 deposit for individuals joining the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp; or
- HKD3,000 deposit for individuals not joining the Entrepreneurship Boot Camp.

Admission is through nomination by Lingnan University, coordinated by LEI.
Application deadline to LEI is on 13 Feb 2026 23:59 HKT.
