Learning and IT Support
Registry
The Registry is responsible for academic quality assurance, student admissions, registration, records, assessments and administration of study programmes. Students can obtain the information of their programme of studies, course descriptions, graduation requirements, academic calendar, class and examination table and examination result, etc. from the Registry. The office of Registry is located at Room DG08, G/F, Wong Administration Building.
Library
The Fong Sum Wood Library is located on the first to third floor of the Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building. It provides seating for 600+ users and offers a wide range of study materials. Students can access and check out materials using their Lingnan Student ID Card. The online catalogue is accessible on and off campus. Electronic information services are available to all staff and students. Photocopying machines in Library accept payment by Octopus stored value card.
Information Technology Services Centre
The Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) provides computing, audio-visual facilities and technical support services. Individual emails and log-in ID are given to students on joining the University. Computer laboratories are located at the Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building and teaching buildings. All are equipped with laser printers which students can use by paying cash or using Octopus stored value card.

Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC)
Teaching and Learning Centre's services include assistance with curriculum (learning) design, the use of new technologies for teaching and learning (innovation), and assistance with the scholarship of teaching (research). The TLC also supports the university community in achieving excellence in teaching and learning by identifying instructional and curriculum needs of teaching staff, participates in programme development, provides services for evaluating teaching and learning, supports and initiates strategic projects, undertakes scholarly research, and implements a student peer mentoring system to support student learning.
