The Joint Humanitarian Entrepreneurship Summer Academy (HK&SG) enhances student learning by challenging them with real-world problems while simultaneously creating a positive impact in the community by developing solutions. The program's core values will revolve around creative expression, empathy, embracing ambiguity, visualising challenges, and synthesizing actionable ideas. Students will engage in a comparative study across Hong Kong and Singapore, focusing on social and ecological issues. Through collaboration and innovation, students will develop sustainable solutions that address these global challenges.

Reminders
- Students need to ensure that they are eligible to take the SLP1101 Course in Term 1, 2025-2026
- Students enrolled in the programme must attend the Information Session, Project Kick Off and Pre-trip Training. (4, 11, 29, 30, 31 Jul & 1 Aug)
- All shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview in late April.
- OSL will cover the full programme fees, including round-trip airfare from Hong Kong to Singapore, hostel accommodation in Singapore, most meals and expenses related to the programme. Visa application fees, meals at the airport and other personal expenses will not be covered.
- Students are expected to pay a HKD5,000 deposit, which will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the entire programme (including all pre & post programme activities).
