The Joint Humanitarian Entrepreneurship Summer Academy (PH) enhances student learning by challenging them with real-world problems while simultaneously creating a positive impact in the community by developing solutions. The program's core values will revolve around creative expression, empathy, embracing ambiguity, visualising challenges, and synthesizing actionable ideas. Students will tackle real-world social issues in Humanitarian Technology & Inclusive Business in Batangas, Philippines.

Reminders
- Students need to ensure that they are eligible to take the CLE9027 Course in Summer Term, 2025-2026.
- Students enrolled in the programme MUST attend the Information Session (27 April), all scheduled Pre-trip Training sessions (26 - 29 May), Programme activities (07 -16 June) and Final Presentation (30 June).
- All shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview.
- OSL will cover most of the programme fees, including round-trip airfare from Hong Kong to the hosting city, hostel accommodation throughout the trip, most meals* and expenses related to the programme. Visa application fees, meals at the airport and other personal expenses will not be covered. (*Please note that while halal food options may not be guaranteed, fish, vegetables, and fruits will be provided.)
- Students are expected to pay a $2,000 programme fee & $3,000 deposit. $3,000 deposit will be fully refunded upon successful completion of the entire programme (all listed activities, submission of required documents, and the Term-end CTLE). Failure to attend any of these activities will result in the forfeiture of the $3,000 deposit
