Study Life Balance

Description:Students study hard to attain outstanding academic result. Some of them would even like to achieve “Pass 3 Exceed 4” GPA scores. But what should we do to maintain a healthier balance between lives and studying? We have gratefully invited Sally, a senior who obtained excellent performance, to share her study skills and stress relief methods. She also gave some tips and encouragements to us to achieve study life balance. Please stay tuned!


Sharing of joining the committee of student organization

Description: Taking up position in Student Associations (上莊) has been recognized as an important task for students. In this episode, I have thankfully invited the president of ICAC Student Ambassador Program, Derek Ma, to be our guest. As an association’s president, Derek will share his experience, including, but not limited to, his personal growth and problem-solving skills, in this program. What is job burnout?

Description: Time flied quickly, and it came to April in a flash. This also means that seniors will graduate soon. Some of them may continue their studies, while others will go to work. It is well known that academic pressure is high, but work pressure cannot be underestimated as well. In this episode, we have gratefully invited Prof. Francis Cheung, the Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Psychology, to be our guest and to talk about job burnout. This episode may help students in understanding the formation and characteristics of job burnout and the preventions of it. All students are welcomed!
