Acknowledgement on Multiple E-mail Accounts

With the implementation of the policy to assign e-mail accounts to users with multiple identities, ITSC has developed an application that detects users with multiple identities and, consequently, multiple e-mail addresses. An e-mail notification will be sent to both their staff and student e-mail addresses. This notification will inform them of their multiple e-mail addresses and which e-mail address has been designated as the default. Users will need to acknowledge the chosen default e-mail address. The notification will be sent daily until they have acknowledged the notification to ensure users are well aware of the existence of multiple e-mail addresses whenever they acquire a new or modified identity at the University. These applications were deployed on 1 May 2024.
